The top 3 overall female and male in the 5K and 10K will receive a medal, as well as the top 3 female and male in each age group for each race.
Award Age Groups
3Strands Global Foundation is excited to announce that this year’s race will be followed by a post-race family festival. This will include live music, special performances, family friendly activities and local food favorites. More information to follow.
Donations to 3Strands Global Foundation are always welcome even if you cannot join us in person. The 3Strands Global Foundation Break Free Runs exist to eradicate human trafficking by promoting awareness of the crime and supporting prevention education and reintegration programs.
