As a self-professed data junky and geek, Ray has made a lifetime study of how to grow an organization using technology. Since building his first transactional website in 1995, he has been responsible the sale of more than $20 million of products and services online.
He has helped a number of companies achieve success, including a services company that hires at-risk youth that grew by more than 400%. He is also a strategic advisor to the nation’s first public/private/faith collaborative focused on using tiny homes to create a holistic solution to the problem of homelessness.
In his spare time, Ray spends time with his wife and four children. He also roots for USC football and Duke basketball having been a Trojan undergrad and a Blue Devil MBA.
